Longing for a quiet place to practice? A teaching studio or weekly rehearsal spot? A place to hold a house concert without cleaning the house? Reserve a weekly time slot for those regular lessons and rehearsals. Or schedule a one-time reservation for that special concert, reception or event. The space includes two pianos, music stands, drum kit, amplifiers, video projector / projection screen, and Bluetooth-enabled speakers. Contact us for rates and availability - we will work with you to find times that fit your schedule.
Hourly RATES:
For your weekly lessons, practice and rehearsals - our hourly rates include exclusive use of all North Studio furniture and music equipment, plus shared access to Kitchen / Restroom facilities. Regular renters also get free use of the space for occasional recitals, concerts, and events. Onsite storage can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
1 - 9 hrs / week = $10 per hour
10 - 19 hrs / week = $8 per hour
20+ hrs / week = $6 per hour
Includes free use of the space for related recitals, concerts or workshops.
Special situations (e.g. full weekend rentals) are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
EVENT RATES:
For one-time concerts, workshops, recording sessions or other events - our event rate includes exclusive use of our North Studio and kitchen plus all set-up and tear-down activities. BYOB allowed.
$150 per event for up to six hours
Includes room set-up and tear-down. Does not include ticketing or any other event staffing.
Additional fees may apply if additional services are needed.
Special situations (e.g. full weekend rentals, events without set-up requirements or non-profit orgs) negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Bright and sunny with built-in shelving, updated lighting and a bamboo floor, this studio has its own exterior entrance and secure doors creating a serene, private space just for you. It has its own dedicated heating and air conditioning units plus a huge storefront window facing Division Street - Northfield’s main drag. Includes shared use of a common restroom, kitchen, and lobby area.
Rent includes heating, AC, electric, water, wifi, waste and 24/7 monitored security system. If you only need space for a few days per week or a few hours at a time, we are flexible! Rent by the month, cancel anytime. We offer multiple options tailored to fit your needs:
$750 / mo. - Rent the whole studio, full-time, all for yourself
$325 / mo. - Use the studio three days per week, sharing it with one other party. On-site storage allowed.
$250 / mo. - Use the studio two days per week, sharing it with two other parties. On-site storage allowed
