"The Art of the Craft"

A workshop/discussion with  Randy Sabien and Gary Rue

Our duo is all about original music. We'll explore sources of inspiration for songs, from ideas to lyrics, melody and harmony, with a dash of the process of putting these songs on the stage. We will play a few songs and discuss where they came from and where they might be going. Also on the agenda will be a discussion regarding our planned project entitled "The Yellowstone Trail” (working title), a musical based on a true story with Minnesota origins.

Fee: Pay what you can, suggested $20 - $30.
