It has its own dedicated heating and air conditioning units plus a huge storefront window facing Division Street - Northfield’s main drag. Includes shared use of a common restroom, kitchen, and lobby area.

Rent includes heating, AC, electric, water, wifi, waste and 24/7 monitored security system. If you only need space for a few days per week or a few hours at a time, we are flexible! Rent by the month, cancel anytime. We offer multiple options tailored to fit your needs:

$700 / mo. - Rent the whole studio, full-time, all for yourself
$325 / mo. - Use the studio three days per week, sharing it with one other party. On-site storage allowed.
$250 / mo. - Use the studio two days per week, sharing it with two other parties. On-site storage allowed.
$5 / hr. - COVID SPECIAL!! Just need to get out of the house for a few hours to do some yoga, work on your art, supervise distance learning, or run a Zoom meeting in peace? We’re making this space available to rent by the hour during the COVID-19 pandemic. (Note: Hourly renters may have limited ability to store things on site.)
